Anna-Jane moved to Morris County over twenty years ago from Italy with her husband and their two children. She joined Coldwell Banker in 2006 and is an exceptional source of local knowledge. With a passion for real estate, Anna -Jane works diligently towards understanding her clients' needs at all levels, especially if transferring from overseas due to her personal experience. Kathy has been a successful real estate agent since 2003. Originally from Essex County, Kathy holds a degree in Psychology and has been a resident of Morris County for over 25 years. She is an Accredited Buyer's Representative, Senior Real Estate Specialist, and holds her At Home with Diversity Certification. Kathy is very detail oriented and is always willing to get the job done in the most efficient way possible. She prides herself in treating her clients as if they were her own family and friends. Kathy received the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society Award in 2021 and has been honored by New Jersey Monthly Magazine for her exceptional service as a Five Star Real Estate Agent from 2016-2022. Kathy also has an eye for building and renovation having been involved in many personal building and home renovation projects throughout the past 20 years.
